Bio

Glen Royer is a Canadian singer, songwriter, recording artist, performer, John Lennon impersonator. He is most notable for being the winner of the 1991 Saskatchewan Music Video Of The Year for Victim Of Circumstance.
Born and raised in St. Louis, Saskatchewan, Canada. He grew up with a huge influence in music from The Beatles. He would become a professional musician and began promoting his own songwriting and music across Canada through music, video and touring.
He spent years touring and recording in Greenhouse. Greenhouse consisted of Glen Royer, Dan Mowat, Jeff Gantner and Sean Nicholson. Greenhouse released 2 albums. The single "Victim of Circumstance" which had Much Music TV video promotion was also funded by Video Fact in Canada. The band moved from Saskatchewan to Ontario to further promote the video and their career. They performed with numerous other bands such as Sue Medley, Crash Vegas, The Skydiggers, Men Without Hats, The Phantoms, the Barenaked Ladies, The Pursuit Of Happiness, Blackberry Way and The Waltons. They received much press coverage in Saskatchewan and Ontario. The video for "Victim of Circumstance" won Best Video of the Year at the Saskatchewan Video Awards. Glen did all the songwriting as well as rhythm guitar and lead vocals.

1991 Video Of The Year - Saskatchewan - Music - Victim Of Circumstance. Award for video of the year was presented to Mr. Jeff Yates and A.J. Hordell who won the award for production. Glen Royer, however, did appear in this video as an artist.
Glen Royer now living full time in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, completed his first ever solo album released January 2010. The entire album titled "Diary" featured Glen's original compositions over the past decade. www.glenroyer.com.
