Champ:
The New Hope All-American… Champ and two childhood friends (including iQ tha Chemist) formed Lucky 7 Records while still in high school and although they never got the chance to grow, the foundation had been set for the future. Upon graduating high school all 3 went on their separate hustle but tried to stay in touch. Then in 2005, Champ and iQ were once again reunited and the result was the formation of a.C., or Alternate Currency, and the subsequent album 2/3rds. With no inclination of what the future holds the album title, 2/3rds, was a foreshadowing of things to come…

iQ:
Tha Chemist… As a lover of all music, iQ tha Chemist is the manifestation of sound. With roots in gospel, stricken with the love of funk, and the experience of living the blues iQ breathes life into the music through each note played from his production. Through the acquaintance of Champ and another friend, Lucky 7 Records was formed in East Texas. The venture never collected steam and the members split. However, in 2005, iQ reunited with Champ and formed a.C. (Alternate Currency). The result of that pairing produced the album 2/3rds…

Blueprint Revolution:
Blue… Growing listening to the likes of Led Zeppelin, The Doors, The Beatles and any other ensemble formed into the classic rock genre, Blueprint's background is in contrast to the musical upbringing responsible for most hip-hop artist. Equipped with the desire for guitar-laden music and the love of rock-n-roll, Blue formed a jam-band with some high school friends. That eventually lead to him joining the band Sunrise Down as the front-man. The break-up of that band left Blue without an outlet. He needed to fill that gap until he could form or join another band, but as an individual who doesn't play the guitar or the drums, he was left within a conundrum. So, the decision was to produce rock-n'-roll through his PlayStation 2 with music-generator games. Not the right avenue for screaming guitar solos, but it was the impetus to which ultimately lead Blue to try his hand at rapping…

G.L.O.A.T. Entertainment …
Only the Songs Survive … The year was 2007, the location - a street later nicknamed "Writer's Block." The rest is only the beginning stages of things to come. The "Writer's Block" was ripe with talent and soon words were flying nightly in siphons. Though many had the skills and many more attended, only three of them clicked. Those left standing, Blueprint Revolution, G. Champ, and iQ (who was commonly working on music with Champ but didn't actually reside on the block), turned the time they spent on siphons into the creation of collaborative tracks that featured the three. In early '08, both Champ and Blue moved away from "Writer's Block" and the creation was slowed…not deceased. By the summer of that same year, G. Champ and Blueprint recorded the album ep-och, and that brought forth the idea to solidify and form one label. That idea was then pitched to iQ. After throwing some ideas around, the results emerged and G.L.O.A.T. ENT. was established. The name G.L.O.A.T. is an acronym meaning, the Greatest Label Of All Time. The "3 dots" or the ellipsis, serves as a logo and represents that there is clarity behind that symbol. Those "3 dots" generally proceed the labels mantra that Only The Songs Survive. By 2010, G.L.O.A.T. ENT had acquired its LLC and in 2011 released the collaborative full-length album The Alliance. 2012 is expected to be a year of expansion for every facet of the label, as the work ethic and sheer determination of the founding fathers is reaching new heights daily.
