Global Vibez brings music to the masses, with it's worldly, electrifying sound, which crosses genes and audiences by fusing Reggae, Rock, R&B, Pop and Jazz, Similar to the band members, the music is a stew of melodies and intense rhythms, with roots from London to the U.S., Trinidad, Jamaica,Grenada and Guyana. The bands music has been compared to Steel Pulse, Burning Spear, Morgan Heritage, Bob Marley and Beres Hammond.
The band members, who all hail from various countries, share a special bond-their love of music. Band members include Iba Fitzgerald (Bass), Kendell Charles (Drums), Sherwin Perryman (keys) Andre Blackwood (Keys and Vocals), Andrea Greene (guitar & background Vocals), and Roshell "Petra" Hooper (Vocals).
Global Vibez has worked with Sceechy Dan, Da'ville, Tal Pre , Dylan Dillinger from P Diddy's "Making the band" and a host of up coming artist. The band was chosen as the opening act for an old school rap show at the infamous SOB's in NYC. which featured Chubb Rock, Das Efx, Dres (Black Sheep), Milk and was hosted by legendary DJ Red Alert.
