Over the past six years Glorious Dei has led the music for more than 210 contemporary worship services at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Muskego, Wisconsin.
They have also been privileged to play at various local, regional, and national events including Christian Men’s Rallies, the National School Leadership Conference, the Church and Change Conference, the National Youth Rally in Orlando, and the Regional Youth Rally in Wisconsin Dells. The band performed in music videos for each of the two youth rallies.
The name, “Glorious Dei (da),” is a bit of a play on words. We have a Glorious “Dei” (Latin for God), which allows each of us to truly have a glorious “day” every day of our life.
Five of the seven members have been with the group since its beginning in July 2004, with the newest member having been with Glorious Dei more than three years.
The band has a repertoire of more than a hundred songs, some of which are Glorious Dei originals written by band members.
