GLORY TO JUDGE is an alternative rock band based out of Toledo, Ohio that breaks barriers, and does what they love, making music. The band combines their sense of family with their love of rock and roll to produce catchy rock tunes for the new metal/alternative rock fan.
GLORY TO JUDGE knows what it means to be dedicated. The band has been through a lot and will never take a minute of their experience for granted. The guys have earned respect the hard way, and their love of music is evident as they have been writing and recording for more than three years, and touring for over five years.
In May of 2009, GLORY TO JUDGE signed with local indie label Rockshot Records. The band was ecstatic about the partnership. The release of their debut full length album "Beacon" soon followed in August of 2009. "It's been a long time coming," says drummer Mark Hoffman II. "We have been waiting for this day to come for three long years. I hope the fans know what kind of time we put into this project, and that none of this would even be possible without their support."
The album is a display of many different feelings and stories, from the soft melodies of "To The Moon," to the drive of "The Last Song," and the in-your-face power of "We Fight." "These songs are from our own life experiences, and they all mean a lot to us," says bassist Jordan Hoffman.
Currently, you'll find GLORY TO JUDGE working on the material for their follow up album, to be recorded throughout the end of 2010.
