"May you find Christ here...may you bring Christ to the world."
Glory Train has taken the mission statement of Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in O'Fallon, Missouri to heart. We all came together to provide the music ministry for the Noon mass at Assumption Church. We started small...inviting the congregation to sing along as together they praised God's glory. The Holy Spirit soon took over, and Glory Train was born.
We knew that we had been given something special when we saw the reaction of the children dancing in the aisles at church while we let the Holy Spirit flow through our music. We knew that God was calling us to do more than just give of our music during the brief time we worshipped at church. We all felt called to bring Christ to the world through our music and follow our church’s mission statement to its fullest. At that point, a plan had been set in play. Now, our only desire is to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ as far and wide as we can.
