Biography

Some have argued that Hip Hop is lacking the lyrical aspect that has once been in the forefront of the Hip hop industry, but that is not the case when it comes to this young hungry M.C. they call Glory Warz .

Glory was born in the Staten Island section of New York and was raised as a youngster in the Richmond Terrace housing projects before his family relocated to New Jersey. It was while living there that Glory would take to the street life all from selling drugs to stealing cars and losing best friends all due to violence in the Notorious Newark section of New Jersey.

But it was also then that Glory started to take interest in becoming an MC . At a young age Glory was introduced to recording at the legendary underground D&D studio's in NYC by his older brothers "Breed" and "Q" and would perfect his rhyming ability at that very studio. By the age of 18 Glory locked down a deal with an up and coming indie label named Warlock records. Although the album was never released to the public due to label complications Glory still put in work with such artist as the late "Half a Mil" and West Coast super producer "Rick Rock". The following year Glory Warz and his brother Breed where asked to record songs for a compilation album for an overseas HipHop group and was eventually asked to go on tour overseas. In the late summer of 2001 the tour took him to such countries as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and France performing for 2 months without a major record deal of his own.

But the hustle didn't stop there because in late 2002 early 2003 Glory hooked up with veteran MC Kool g Rap who heard his music from a mutual source and was asked to be the 5th member of the 5 family click which included Kool g Rap himself. The album featured some of Hip Hops most elite producers such as Buckwild,D.R.Period,Ty Phif and more. One track on the album called "Nigga Nah"which according to many critics was the standout cut on the album which also was Glory solo joint which is pure fire. The album was released in 2004 and did fairly well as an independent release.

With that spark from two previous ventures Glory Warz decided to start his own record label with his cousin D-Black named Kevlarr Entertainment which brings us to now .With money from there own pockets for recording and promoting a string of mixtapes on the street that has sold 9000 copies and counting they show no signs of letting up. Also Glory has recorded an album entitled "Broke Ambitions" which will be released through his own company Kevlarr Entertainment by early 2006 so be on the look out for this young hustler on the come up whose name says it all Glory Warz!
