"If you dig dark new wave like The Prids or Echo and the Bunnymen, this band needs to be on your 'must see' list." - Nuvo Newsweekly
"God Made Robots combines former members of Extra Blue Kind and the Confidential into a tight three-piece rock outfit. Their sound draws from indie rock and pop influences, and their songs combine just the right amounts of loud guitars and charming tunefulness." - Indianapolismusic.net

Bio
God Made Robots is a quirky, nerdy pop-rock unit that plays in a vein somewhere between the Flaming Lips and the Pixies. It was formed by Brian Petersen (Extra Blue Kind) and s.Jane Mills (Glitter Bombs) in Indianapolis, beginning late 2007. They were soon joined by Randee Eimer (Extra Blue Kind), and from there began to form the band's identity. Together they recorded Username and Password, two 5-song EPs produced by David Jablonski of Marmoset. GMR is currently preparing to write and record a new full-length album, aimed for release in late spring 2011. Band members of GMR have played at the Knitting Factory and Pianos in NYC, The Double Door in Chicago, Spaceland in L.A., Exit/In in Nashville, and have appeared on Attack Of The Show on the G4 network. They have also opened for such acts as Will Hoge, Better than Ezra, and Stone Temple Pilots.
