Ricky McClenton is an extremely talented young artist that has chosen to “Rap” for Jesus Christ. He has consciously chosen to answer the call of his Lord and Savior. “I have to take the words that I flow in the booth to the streets; it is my desire to impress upon our youth, drug dealers and those that are incarcerated, that God is the only way”. Ricky is a former member of the group affectionately known as the “Vigilante’s”, their music was less than flattering; one of their hottest hits was titled “Murderous Plots”. His new CD “Change the Game” speaks to God’s goodness and love, and directly opposes what he used to sing about, and the horrific life that he used to live for satan. God continued to speak to Ricky’s heart as he ventured out on his own to become a one-man crusader; speaking against violence, drug use, gangs and corruption.

Ricky is a fan favorite and literally touches the lives of youth and assists them in understanding the need to reform their lives and to become positive, productive citizens. He has remained loyal in his quest to please God and has been continuously spreading the word of God through song for the past three years as he gains momentum for Jesus Christ. “My whole sense of existence is to spread the good news and to be about the work of my father”. “I am the father of eight (8) little ones and the best gift that I can give to them is a solid foundation and a father who understands and believes in the ULTIMATE FATHER”!
