Just as subatomic particles coalesce into visible mass, three musicians from Boston come together to form the Go-Flo Casuals. Jesse Holden, Anthony Ambrose, and Ryan Brum. They make music to enthrall the masses and express themselves.
Jesse and Anthony have been playing together for about 6 years. They came across the dream manifested name; Go-Flo Casuals and started making their way. As Jesse and Anthony began honing their songwriting and composition skills, they fell, stumbled, and awoke their minds to find Ryan Brum using intricate bell patterns and grooveshark beats. Soon after, Ryan Brum was on drum.
Go-Flo Casuals' sound is an amalgamation of rock, psych-folk, dance, and jazz. The way they can oscillate pressure and tweak with neurotransmitters are incendiary. Anyway, the band enjoys recording around the house and rolling around in the grass when the weather is well. While the number of songs are building up quickly, so are the amount of shows. Playing when the can they've been through local venues such as; Johnny D's, Bloc 11, Brick House, Somerville Theater, PA's Lounge, Sally O'Brien's, The Palladium, and more. An LP of home recordings is due out sometime soon.
