GOLD

GOLD started off about 7 years ago as I started experimenting with whatever free software I could download to my computer as I really started getting into electronic music. I quickly fell in love with a very minimalistic style of production and spent endless hours working on cracked versions of every software you can imagine. I settled for Fruity Loops for some time about 4 years ago and that's when I started to develop my flow. Later I finally upgraded to hardware. However, my debut album under the name GOLD was produced with nothing but a cracked copy of Reason and an MPK mini. Finished the album, then accidentally broke the MPK. Was able to get myself a Maschine and GOLD came to its full potential. I've grown a huge love for hip hop so I like to incorporate plenty of hip hop beats along with very emotional and dark synths, pads, and plenty of sub bass and square wave. With a love for so many different genres, I find myself incorporating different characteristics of the genres I enjoy to create one big futuristic ambient electronic trap sound that takes on emotion and devastation. GOLD is my representation.
