Gold Wolf Galaxy are a spanking new act--only 5 shows into their career--who fuse electronic music and metal ethos for edgy, deep dance tracks they like to describe as “Blondie jamming with Mastodon.” Unlike your typical production-heavy duo, the boys set up decks with a live bass line, which adds a little pizzazz and showmanship to the electro format. Their latest single, "I Heart NY" is an interesting blend of sexy disco and naughty edge that begs multiple listens. Although they are technically newbies, these kids have already succeeded in making music which doesn’t sound like anything else happening in Seattle right now. -Ma'Chell Duma Lavassar - The Seattle Weekly
Seattle duo Gold Wolf Galaxy (Johnny Roger Schofield and Spencer Ramsey) traffic in a heavy, somewhat dark breed of disco—an interesting twist on a genre that usually frowns upon allowing frowns to enter its domain. Bulbous bass and sassy female vocals predominate with staunch, metronomic 4/4 beats pounding adrenaline and guitars skewing toward the crunchy and metallic end of the spectrum.

Bio
Spencer was born in the electronic world. Johnny Roger was born in the metal world. Together, they make music that sounds like Blondie jamming with Mastodon and Justice while Goldfrapp mixes cocktails onboard a disco-party-battleship in outerspace. And everybody is dancing. And everybody looks like David Bowie. And everybody is thinking of lip gloss and laser beams.
