'The Monster & The Grey Goose' - Released 2008
'1979' - Released 2009

Any stage, anywhere, any time, Goober Gun bring stadium sized rock, unforgettable melodies and great harmonies with a full on, engaging and energetic live performance.

With influences such as Def Leppard, Cheap Trick, The Wildhearts and Jimmy Eat World, Goober Gun craft slabs of anthemic modern rock, combined with a lyrical and musical depth that has won over audiences around the UK and beyond.

“Goober Gun are quite stunningly good. They’re like Duran Duran on Jagerbombs….awesome” – Hardrock Haven

The Goober Gun live shows are all about having a great time; full of dancing, smiles and soaring choruses “We love playing our songs live, and I know the audience can see what a fun we’re having” says vocalist / drummer Tim Hardwick “Night after night our aim is for them to enjoy it as much as we are”

It’s this simple desire to entertain that has brought Goober Gun a superb fan and critical response, and to share the stage and a drink with Mutya of the Sugarbabes when they won the BT Digital Music Search For Talent in 2008. A strange combination perhaps, but Goober Gun combine pop melodies with rock power in startling fashion. “It was an ‘interesting’ day” says vocalist / Bassist Ian Hardwick. “All the dodgy photos are tucked away somewhere. Ok, I look at them in secret!”

This performance was one of many for Goober Gun in 2008, that also included show stealing gigs in Holland and Mexico, as well as features on their national radio showcasing the ‘Monster and The Gray Goose’ EP.

In the summer of 2009 Goober Gun recorded their new EP ‘1979’. Their strongest and best sounding work to date, it has caught the attention of promoters the world over, and Goober Gun headed off on a tour of Taiwan and Thailand in Jan 2010, including being booked for two massive arena charity shows with national TV coverage. All of the band attempted to marry brides while in Thailand and were turned down, so they’ll be hitting Italy, USA and Asia again later in 2010…with more to come, as well as several tours all over the UK.

Goober Gun were already spreading the word and making many new friends along the way. Interact with the band at
