Borrowing influences from 90s bands such as Dinosaur Jr. and The Pixies, Good Anya is a band comprised of members aging from the age of 17 and 18. But don’t let their age discourage you, as they are fully capable of bringing these influences to life in their songs. On their genre choice, Sam Anderson explains; “We always have trouble deciding what we are. Just because we have a wide variety of styles of music. But our sound reminds people a lot of early 90s punk/grunge/rock.” Along with the band putting on an awesome live show, Good Anya is definitely a band to look out for in 2014. - Turn That Shit Down

Good Anya is comprised of Sam Anderson (drums), Noah Spencer (guitar, vocals), Jordan Koren (guitar, vocals), and Craig Jackson (bass). We are 4 high school students/recent graduates from Dundas, Ontario. Good Anya's core has been playing together since March 2013 and our current lineup has been together since September 2013. We've been playing shows in the Hamilton area on a fairly regular basis and are looking to reach wider audiences with our original alternative rock songs. We're also getting prepared to record and release a single this summer.
