"Featured entertainer: Good Culture"

It’s new. It’s good. It’s Good Culture, an indie electronic rock band previously known as Cordell. With original catchy tunes like “Lost Angeles,” their fresh sound is influenced by artists like Grouplove, Imagine Dragons and The Killers.
Although the Good Culture band members are young, their lives as musicians have a rich history, as several have played instruments throughout their youth. Good Culture consists of Lamar Fite on vocals/guitar/piano joined by Jordan Jackson on vocals/guitar. Caden McManaman plays bass guitar, and Andrew Hise plays drums/percussion. And the newest member of the group is Kenny Moore on vocals/guitar/keyboard. - Hilarie Houghton - Route 66 Marathon

Bio

With a mutual love of artists like The Killers, The Wombats, Young The Giant, Passion Pit, Grouplove, and Walk The Moon, the four members of Good Culture aim to be a band that's a cut above the rest. With Jordan Jackson on lead vocals and guitar, Kenny Moore on backing vocals, keyboard, and guitar, Caden McManaman on bass, and Andrew Hise on drums, Good Culture's sound is defined by their driving guitars, catchy melodies, vintage synth sounds, creative rhythms, and a whole lot of fun. Their live shows display their energy, showmanship, and passion for music that creates an entire new culture.
Most of the members are from small towns in western Oklahoma. Therefore, Good Culture has spent a great amount of their lives playing together in different music projects such as For You, Not Me and Cordell. After the members of Cordell decided it was time for a change in direction they began working with keyboard/guitar player Kenny Moore. From there Good Culture was born with new ideas and concepts that began to lead them down a new path.
