Bio

Bobbie’s roots in hip-hop run very deep. This New Jerusalem native and once Rick Rubin/American Recording artist wrote and has appeared on some classic albums like YZ’s Son’s of the Father and The Fuschnickens FU Don’t Take It Personal to name just a couple. KP, once a member of the North West super group Proz & Conz, has opened for several heavyweights in the game and his crew sold out the Roseland Theater for dolo on multiple occasions. Not only was this group acknowledged for its talents but KP's entrepreneurial abilities set this group up for broad recognition. Mz. Quay Devon a PDX vet in the world of professional dance has been a fixture in the Portland dance community and night scene and now gets to show off her vocal capabilities that she’s been honing since a child. With a very colorful background and exposure to a multitude of music and art threw dance, her creative ear is getting a true chance to blossom. This combination of experience both musically and business is shaping up to be the secret recipe for success.

Their (GDBZ) incredible EP “Checks & Balances” features hip-hop giants and rap veterans Bun B, X-Clan & YZ while their follow up EP “Principle & Interest”, both available on Itunes, is produced in its entirety by up and coming Trackmasters (Tone & Poke) beatsmith The ARE. It’s also features some of Portland’s elite Emcees like World Rap Battle Champion Illmaculate as well as Al-One of the infamous Sandpeople, DJ Wicked and the underground Mayor of the Rose City King Cool Nuts. Their debut album “Sound Investment” is slated for a Fall release and will raise the bar in hip-hop conceptually and for their ability to make great songs that are timeless.
