Bio

good karma... a name that leaves some big shoes to fill. fortunately, these three dc natives have no problem putting on a show that exceeds most expectations. some call it melodioulsy edgy, others call it powerful; the boys of good karma call it rock. the hooks are hummed days after the shows, and the fan base keeps growing. the venues get bigger, and the boys keep playing... always directly to the fans because they love nothing more than a pumped crowd. these dc boys have been told there is no limit, and as long as there is music, they will play it.

the sound started in a basement in the burb's, about 50 miles north of dc. anfon's grohl (foo fighters, nirvana) influenced guitar riffs and punk melodies we're radio-ready, but his band wasnt solid. with the help of kenny ruyter of eastcoastbands (www.eastcoastbands.com), anfon met up with sam, whose influences span from beauford (dave matthews band) to bonham (led zeppelin). sam and anfon cycled multiple bass players and rhythm guitarists in and out of the band. the search finally ended, again with the help of kenny ruyter. eddie was introduced to the mix. his dirnt (green day) influenced bass lines pulled the band together into the tight threesome that it is today. the bands sound can also be attributed to influences like incubus, foo fighters, story of the year, green day, weezer, and jimmy eat world. after playing in national venues and with national acts. good karma is creating a storm so watch out.
