Gorchitza

Gorchitza is a well-known European band based in Kyiv, performing electronic music of different genres, mainly described as electronic mainstream, dance rock, funky house. The band themselves find it very difficult to characterize their style, which doesn’t fit into any traditional stylistic boundaries.
According to international music press, the band is one of the brightest representatives of contemporary electronic music, alongside with well-known Western acts Morcheeba, Moloko and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
So far, they have accomplished over 100 joint stage performances with major international acts such as Nelly Furtado, Faithless, Placebo, Morcheeba, Chemical Brothers, Coldcut, Stereo MC's, David Guetta, J.J.Johanson, Montefiori Cocktail, Red Snapper, Richard Galliano and many others performing in front of over 5,000,000+ audience all together. They played some of the biggest European festivals, including SOPOT (Poland), where Gorchitza became one of the 15 finalists among over 5000 candidates. The show was broadcasted to 1,000,000+ viewers worldwide.
