In 2012 Sheridan put together a three-piece live band that brought energetic performances to the Ingenuity Festival, WRUW's Studio-A-Rama Festival, the Grog Shop and Beachland, where Gossip Culture opened for:

DRAGONETTE, THE KNOCKS, CLOUD NOTHINGS and DALE EARNHARDT JR. JR. respectively.

2011 saw the release of Gossip Culture’s debut EP “PEOPLE TALK” on CD & iTunes. The EP, which drew comparisons to Chromeo, received favorable reviews by music blogs Tracasseur (Sweden), Electronic Rumors (Vice Magazine) and Tilt Magazine (Los Angeles): www.hypem.com/search/gossip%20culture
