Grandma's Basement is a Comedy Production Company Based in Boston Massachusetts. We have an Extensive Network of Comedians who Perform our Shows. If you are looking to put on a Comedy Show at a Large or Small Venue, or need Performers for Large Festivals, we can provide the Talent & Artists. 

Back in 2007, we started an Open Mic at the Bar at the Fenway Howard Johnson. Since the First open Mic which consisted of 3 People including the Bartender/Comedian Benny Boshnack, our Thursday night Open Mic became the Place to be in the Boston Comedy Scene for New and Old Comics to try out New Material infront of Fans and Fellow Comedians. Every Thursday drew between 40-60 Comedians and would start at 8 and end with the Last Comic Standing or Closing Time. Grandma's Basement became the Top Underground Scene for Comedy. In December, 2013, the Venue was sold to and Grandma's Basement did not have a home. Since the Demise of the HOJO, Grandma's Basement has been traveling the City, State and Country putting on Shows for Large and Small Venues, Festivals, and Events.
