Trips and stories to tell.

We are right in the middle of Gran Kino's story. The band began its career in Canada, United States, Japan, Germany, Poland, Senegal or Morocco. Each trip has been synonymous with enriching encounters, both on human and musical levels.

It's no accident that they defend today a project gathering all these encounters through a show called 1989.

A soundtrack of this year, seen by 30 artists from 8 countries. 1989, a year that, with all its events around the world, will have, according to Gran Kino, completely changed today's society.

Calexico (USA), les Tambours du Bronx (FR), Clare & the Reasons (USA), Arpad Bella (a Hungarian customs officer who attended the Iron Curtain opening...) or Jos Kley, former singer of The Ex (NL), are among the guests.

A staging, a décor, a gaze, as well as voice and instrument recordings are taking us back to 1989, accompanied on stage by the 4 musicians from Gran Kino.
