Gravity Blinks is a new indie band from Mobile, Al. The members started playing together for special needs groups in the community. That desire to make the world a better place has carried into their original songs, which draw from a fusion of alternative, rock, and jazz influences, bound with the intent to uplift, inspire, and transcend life's challenges. The name, Gravity Blinks, brings to mind those fleeting moments of transcendence that take our breath away; unweighted by the things that have held us back; when we are ageless, boundless, suspended in time and space; when gravity blinks. The universal themes of life, challenge, and hope are central to their music.
