Grayson Hill

Grayson Hill

Grayson Hill is a collaboration of three separate songwriters who recently united to create one unique and diverse acoustic sound.
Full of three-part harmonies and clever acoustic riffs the trio of Scotty Cram, Taylor Mullins, and Griffin Hamsley have all been exposed to music for over half of their lives. It was not until recently that they decided to combine minds and musical talent in an attempt to spread their love of music to others. In January of 2005, Cram came to Mullins with the idea of combining his soulful, wide-ranging vocals with Mullins clever craft of acoustic style. In March, talks began with “I-95 Productions” and soon after the duo was off to Los Angeles to start work on their first album at Mission 30 Studios. After three trips to L.A., the duo, “Grayson Hill” hit the road with fellow singer/songwriter, Griffin Hamsley. After a handful of energetic shows, the three began discussing the idea of adding Griffin to the mix. The decision was made and Griffin, now on board, added another strong acoustic sound as well as an extra songwriter and harmony.
For over three years each member, Cram, Mullins, and Hamsley, crept around the Statesboro music scene rarely crossing each others paths, however, now the three have combined to create three times the energy and excitement both live and in the studio.
With two upcoming trips to Los Angeles, you can expect to see Grayson Hill’s debut album hit stores in Late October of this year. Followed a nation wide tour including a full band. Until then, be sure to to keep your ears open and your eyes peeled for this highly energetic acoustic trio.
