Greg Satterthwaite

Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in South Florida, pianist Greg Satterthwaite is a bright and budding star.  His debut album “Who I Am” is being promoted and sold worldwide, and delivers a dynamic punch into the world of contemporary & smooth jazz.  A graduate of the University of Miami and Florida Atlantic University, Satterthwaite has dedicated his musical life to creating music that reflects his passion for creating and playing melodies that charm and entertain audiences.  As a John Lennon Songwriting Award winner, Satterthwaite began his musical journey as a child and culminated his musical experiences on his debut album “Who I Am.”  The album features world class musicians who breathed life into each of Satterthwaite’s compositions and highlights the talents of Nathaniel Stakes on drums, Joshua Esther on bass, Mitchell Farber on guitar and Pat Seymour on saxophones. 

"Who I Am" has been approved for rotation on Pandora, and is currently in rotation and playing on Love94 Smoothjazz.com, The Smooth Jazz Florida Network, Smooth Soul on Live365, fm5280 Smooth Jazz,  and Radio Winchcombe 107.1FM (UK).  

Satterthwaite is the musical director for one of South Florida’s largest faith based organization, and continues to broaden his musical experiences through artist collaborations and performance opportunities.
