Bio
Greg Woods is a songwriter based out of Chicago, IL. With influences rooted in a large variety of rock and soul music from the sixties on, Greg and his band create an exciting sound with a large palette. All full-time musicians in the city, each player has a professional level command of their instrument(s) and an extremely engaging presence on stage. The band is prepared to play up to a two-hour set comprised of originals and covers.
Greg released his debut double-EP "Hello, Goodbye, & Later On." The first EP "Goodbye, And Later On." was recorded in Nashville, with an ear towards country music. The second, "Hello," was recorded in Chicago, leaning more on the side of rock and soul. Each record offers a different musical atmosphere, and is great for any venue.
