This CD has 2 thumbs up rating! I just love it.
I looked at the cd and thought..ok..another folk artist trying to be blues..I put the cd in the player and wa la... out came a real blues rocker with adult lyrics that just blew me away.WOW
His voice is soft and smooth
yet dynamic.Even when he is blasting it sounds like he is strokin it gently. I like this guy. :)
Don't get me wrong,there is nothing namby pamby about his singing or style he kicks ass.But he does it so nicely
... The music is mostly uptempo but not nerve racking
The slow songs are heavy on the lyrics. I don't know who wrote the songs but they really did a great job Refreshing !!!!
Well... I've found another Artist to highlight on my shows. Take my word for it,
no matter what your blues tastes you will like this cd.
