I describe my music as alternative rap as it is opposite of the wave of the current hip hop/rap genre.
I am influenced by all genres of music, but especially the old school hip hop/rap, funk and r &b...i; feel that what sets me apart from other rappers is the ability to blend the old with the new so that's its understandable for all ages. I also feel that its more of a positive message than most with a still edgy, futuristic feel as well.
I started writing poetry which led me to rap, so i didn't begin with freestyle of rap. I have always been more cerebral about my approach, thus leading to the type of writing i display today. I feel deeply about this music and want everyone to feel that way when they hear my music as well.
