Lyrics

For The Asking

Written By: Gregory Kavanagh

Look at me I'm as happy as anyone,
Look at me it's all in my mind,

Look at you you're as happy as anyone,
Look at you from behind.

For the asking of a friend would be asking too much,
Ice Cream for everyone we see.

Overseas is a world far from everyone,
Taste the breeze that leaves none behind,
Oh I could wish that we already had the lot,
But underneath the surface it shines.

For the asking of a friend would be asking too much,
Ice Cream for everyone we see.

For the asking of a friend would be asking too much,
I need just anyone to be.

Look at you you're as happy as everyone,
Look at you its all in my mind,
Tasty freeze slipping slow down in everyone,
I leave it all behind.

Look at me I'm as happy as anyone,
Look at me it's all in my mind,

Another Feeling

Written By: Greg Kavanagh

Running outside to see you,
Taking a taxi out of here,
There's goes another feeling,
Why does the morning make things clear?

I can't believe you're going,
Taking the high road out of here,
Waking away from so much.

Chorus:
Take what you want,
From my heart,
There's a feeling there,
Take what you want,
Take what you want from me.

There goes another feeling,
Someone talking in the hall,
There goes another lover,
Reading the writing on the wall.
Call me when you've succeeded,
Call me when you're done with the world,
When you've got what you needed.

Repeat Chorus:

Bridge:
I know it's hard to see this face,
When all you wanted was some space

Repeat Chorus

There Was A Time

Written By: Greg Kavanagh

It seems to me as if something's changed,
She passed me by in a summer hurricane.
She rattled all my windows and my doors,
Now all I own looks like it did before she came.

I was at a crossroads stuck in bliss,
She was floating by on the breezes of a kiss,
We became much more,
But too much heat is worse than being cold I said.

There was a time for us,
Now there's no time, now there's no rush.

It must have been at this time that she found,
A mountain had been moved without a sound,
She walked into walls,
And I was left alone here on the floor again.

There was a time for us,
Now there's no time, now there's no rushing to the next town,
Lets stay here today,
She was always talking about tomorrow.

But our days became the same.

There was a time for us,
Now there's no time, now there's no rush.
