22-year-old singer/songwriter, Gregory Douglass has “the most amazing male voice I’ve ever heard” according to Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire, and “the voice of an angel” according to Seven Days, which has selected each of his 3 full-length CDs over the past five years as “Recording of the Year”. The intense, high energy acoustic performances of this Vermont native are a passionate mix of contemporary pop and rock and have been compared to Jeff Buckley, Tori Amos, and Peter Gabriel. After releasing his first 2 CDs during his high school years, Douglass skipped college altogether in favor of pursuing his music career full time, a decision that has paid off one hundred-fold with achievements such as a tour with They Might Be Giants and the winning of this year’s GrammyFest in New York City.
