Bio
Hello, I'm Greg Wright and, I m a music-maker, and performer. I love what I do and I hope you enjoy it too.
I've produced, arranged and musical directed for quite a few musical talent greats such as; Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Thelma Houston and, Peabo Bryson. Just to name a few. We've played all over the world! I have a pretty serious band of my own.
They are some of America's finest so, if you don't want the finest ~ don't call us.
We love playing and you'll recognize it from the first note. and, that's a personal guarantee from me.
In my band are a group of seven magnificent musicians. You'll love the sweetning too!
ALL ORIGINAL cool JAZZ , although, we will mix it up with a few covers if asked. Our music is up mid-tempo; sexy, torch, ala BILLY HOLIDAY meets Nora Jones and Maxwell cues up with Oscar Peterson.
Instrumentally cool neo straight ahead JAZZ with a few songbird entries to help ad to your listening pleasure.
Age range of those who show up to our concerts, we 're happy to say, are anywhere from, 23 -to- 62
Pretty sure you'll enjoy it too!
