What is shaking in Grenadierland, you might be asking. What is this group doing, where have they been, why are there no shows, do they even exist, blah blah blah? Never mind your questions! How about we're going to drop a hot new discque on your asses sometime in March? How about it's just rock, we don't even know what kind of rock it is but it sounds pretty damn good to us and we're wondering why other records we buy aren't half as awesumb? How about we kept it to 8 songs that hit it and quit it and keep you wanting more? How about there's a new word called "tizes" now, you might wanna check it out? How about if you listen close you'll hear Bowie's "Life on Mars," Macca's "Jet," the Wrens, David Gilmour busting a nut, Ann Wilson busting a gut, Michael Jackson as channeled through an impassioned Nyquist Frequency, and a whole bunch of other classic even sometimes stupid shit that maybe, just might, blow ya little minds?

WHHAA-A-ATT? How can this be? You say it's only one record? You say there's only 8 songs? And yet all this, this quoting homaging fromaging rummaging plummaging ripping tripping flipping double-dipping is all going down in D-town? Yes! that's what I've been trying to tell you: this record is Pure Entertainment. It comes to party. It is accessible to the masses in new uncompromising ways once thought impossible by Those Who Do Not Dare To Dream, Lest Their Dream Become Reality (TWDNDTDLTDBR). But we do not fear dreams--we feed them! And we record them! So that they do become reality! And we are calling this crazy li'l ear tickler...GRENADIER. Yes: self-titled. And--get this--we don't even put the name of the band on the CD cover! GAAAH!! I know--Audacious! Bodacious! Outrageous! Nutrageous! Contagious!Who the hell do we even think we are?!
