Gretchen Emery is a powerful, gifted vocalist and flutist who captivates audiences with passionate, heartfelt performances of rock, soul, blues and gospel influenced music. She can switch from soft and sultry vocals to in-your-face belting in a single song, and deliver flute solos that can soothe or electrify.

Over her musical career, Gretchen has had the honor of performing with Hubert Sumlin, Lowrider Band, Johnny Neel, Michael Hill's Blues Mob, Victor Wainwright, and Sam Cockrell. She has performed several times at the Wilmington Riverfront Blues Festival, Delaware's Annual June Jam, and Fort Hunter Music and Wine Festival. In 2013, Gretchen and her band Dirty Boots earned a spot to compete at the International Blues Challenge, Memphis, TN. She was inducted into the Delaware Blues Hall of Fame 2013.

Gretchen is excited to introduce her newest band, featuring talented and seasoned musicians including husband Kenny Windle (guitar) and soul-filled rhythm section, Patrick Redding (bass) and Scott Kohlmorgen (drums).
