The story of G-Roc begins in January 2007 when two musicians decided to explore the realm of electronic music as a live duo. The mesmerizing and energetic sounds of G-Roc are heavily rooted in instrumental beat driven electronic music. Forrest Kurth's wizardry with synthesizers and computer based music coupled with the experienced electronic drum skills of Davidson Wicker have made G-Roc in to a new music experience. Creating a complete electronic production with live instrumentation, the sounds of G-Roc are guaranteed to make you dance. In the short time that G-Roc has been around they have performed with The Pnuma Trio, Toubab Krewe, Eoto and other established bands. In April 2007 G-Roc signed a digital distribution deal with Ropeadope Digital and will be releasing their debut EP on Ropedope in July.
