A public swimming pool may be the last place kids would expect to see a hip-hop concert, but they did Sunday. An Atlanta-based band called "EXE" was to perform Sunday at Hilltop Community Day in Judy Johnson Park, but rain delayed the event for a week......EXE can't make it then, so event sponsor Robert Bovell moved the show to the West Center City Community Center at Sixth and Madison St. When "EXE" opened up with "Stand Up!" the crowd of aproximately 500 did so. "This is great", said Kayla Melendez, 9 of Wilmington, enjoying her first concert and clutching her first autographs.
