$ES was born in NYC and raised all over the world. Due to the migration of his mother,an ivory coast native he travelled to Europe ,africa ,Asia and the Caribeans since he was 4 yrs old. After the untimely death of his oldest brother Yumi Esan(who taught him how to rap and recorded his First song) he was devastated and promise to make sure he never stops being creative and make sure Yummy lives through his music . $es always had a love for music & writing. Growing up listening and winning talent shows doing music of artists such as Mj, Jay-z, B.i.g, 2pac, Snoop,Nas,50 cent,Az,Black star and the entire Wu tang captivated $es's attention. To gain more knowledge about as he got older, $es travelled overseas to London and was inspired by Artists like Dizee rascal, Kano, S.a.s and Adele and Estelle
$es's unique style of writing has more than lifted a few eyebrows. His music has earned him praise among his peers since the age 14. Recently he caught the attention of Dj PmT King of Mixtapes.With his Debut Cd"Game-changer" $es is confident in his position in the music world. His ear for hiphop, pop and R&b music truly makes him unique. With the help of renown producers Lea reis and Tracksryder, $es continues to create music that his fans can identify with. The loss of his oldest sibling (his strongest motivation) has not stopped him from pursuing his dream. $es is unafraid to be different.
