Going through the Motions

Hailing from London, Ontario, Going Through The Motions is catching the ear of the music industry. GTTM is an energetic and catchy band that strives to separate themselves from the standard genre of pop-punk. Highschool friends Zack Robinson, Jon Witteveen, and Jacob Jones joined with Brandon Rodwell to form Going Through The Motions in the snowy heart of winter 2009... When vocalist Jeremy Witteveen joined the band it was a perfect match and they immediately meshed together to create a unique blend of Pop-Punk and Rock with a dash of Powerpop to cap it all off. After some collaborating and a lot of hard work they hit the studio to record their debut EP and the album set the foundation and fan base for their highly anticipated follow up EP which is to be release in early 2010 and shows a significant amount of growth to both their music and style. The 3 songs that have been released have received much praise and positive reviews from the music industry and also from fans old and new that can’t wait to get their hands on more!

GTTM’s live show is as much fun as it is energetic; it’ll make you wanna dance when you hear the catchy drum beats, harmonizing guitars and powerhouse vocals. Going Through The Motions live show always draws kids to their hometown shows and consistently leaves a lasting impression when performing abroad. The band continues to work full time in support of their follow up E.P which will be released on January 21, 2010. The new album shows the bands growth as musicians and friends, but still manages to keep a sound that their fans have come to know and love.
