About 10 years ago Bridge came crawling up from the dark muddie waters of the Chicago River with a guitar in her hands. It's a damn miracle she's made it this far...
Growing up she would play with the lake monsters in Lake Michigan. They taught her how to sing with seaweed and water. And showed her how to play a guitar with wet fingers. Eventually the guitars would turn to mush. The lake monsters would steal new ones for Bridge from poor sailors passing by dangling their feet in the water.
Eventually Bridge amassed a large collection of mushy guitars.
