Bio
Guilty Men is a 2-piece acoustic band formed by Ryan Michelena (Vocals) and Dan Mercuri (Guitar). While inspired mostly by the pop/punk genre, they cover artists/bands such as Yellowcard, Cee Lo Green, City and Colour, Lady Gaga, Hoobastank and more, as well as write their own songs. Ryan and Dan met at school in which they are attending the Applied Music program at Mohawk College learning Jazz, which has helped broaden their abilities and horizons. They helped start a pop/punk band in January of 2010 called This Is Home, in which, they played local shows on a regular basis and were able to entertain the crowds. After the band’s split in July of the same year, Ryan and Dan have been combining their musical talents to write songs acoustically and keep their chemistry and music alive.
