Bio
Guitarras Tango was formed in February 2005. The initiator of this ensemble, Kay Sleking, prefers to perform tango unpolished', which lead to the choice of this traditional setting.
The combination of guitar, guitarrón and singing has always been important within the history of tango.
All musicians of Guitarras Tango are specialized in this genre and they play this music from the heart. The music performed in this special setting takes you at its first sound to a Buenos Aires tango café.
Guitarras Tango performs all over Europe in concert halls and milongas (dance halls). The arrangements are originals for this group by Kay Sleking and Elliot Muusses.
