Bio

Based out of New York City, Gun4Gun is no stranger to the music industry. Decades of experience, loads of accolades, and individual success unite this foursome on this new project.

Comprised of Coy Deluca on vocals, Levente Molnar on guitar, Tamas Vajda on drums, and Sam Roon on bass, Gun4Gun is ready to dominate the hard rock music scene. With an aggressive rhythm, emotionally charged lyrics, and intense instrumental riffs, their first single, “Dark Crown,” has already garnered impressive attention across the Internet.

In 2011, Tamas Vajda met Levente Molnar at the NAMM show and later that year, his band, Verismo, opened for Levente’s band Tankcsapda in Hungary. When Levente left Tankcsapda in 2012, he approached Tamas with some new music. And so Gun4Gun was born.

Levente Molnar is a guitarist who has wowed audiences around the world with his band Tankcsapda, signed to Sony Music Entertainment. With Tankcsapda, he has recorded eleven gold albums and five platinumselling albums. He has received honors from the Fonogram Awards and Popcorn Awards, and MTV chose Tankcsapda as one of Hungary’s musical icons, inviting them to play a legendary two-and-a-half hour set that will be forever remembered by eastern European rock fans. Levente has played at the Sziget Festival, one of the largest music and cultural festivals in all of Europe, and Metal Fest in Hungary. He is regularly featured in HammerWorld Magazine, Popcorn, and RockinForm.

Tamas Vajda began his musical career at an early age, but has enjoyed other pursuits, including being an acrobat for Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus. His passion for music led Tamas to leave the circus and move to New York City where he began his career as a session and touring drummer. His most notable project, Verismo, has recorded several acclaimed albums. Tamas Vajda has earned high praise from music’s most influential voices by blending the conventional principles of punk, metal, thrash and rock music to create a thoroughly unique sound that has catapulted this acclaimed percussionist and musician to international acclaim. Over the years, he has performed hundreds of shows at prestigious venues, among them CBGB’s, Gramercy Theater, Tammany Hall, Bowery Ballroom, and Pussycat Lounge in New York City; The Hard Rock Café in Tokyo; A38 Ship in Budapest; and Fonix Arena in Debrecen, Hungary. Tamas is frequently profiled in publications like Modern Drummer, Midwest Metal, Steppin’ Out, BW&BK, Metal Maniacs, and Hard Rock Haven. He is also the founder of his own music studio, Savaria Studios, which has produced and hosted some of the most exciting musical acts to hit the hard rock/metal scene in many years.

Coy Deluca is a trained vocalist with an incredible range who brings a raw and honest voice to his music. He has ripped apart stages at historic venues like Starland Ballroom, Webster Hall, The State Theatre, Fat Baby, Alphabet Lounge, Sullivan Hall, and Public Assembly, receiving the utmost respect and recognition for his vocal ability and performance from music icon Michael Alago and lead guitarist Tony Yaqoo. As an active member of the Battleaxe Warriors, Coy remains true to his roots, family, and passion for music; rocking with underground hip hop artists like UG (Cella Dwellas), Matt Maddox, Born Unique, and Godilla. He has performed, written, and recorded with bands like OLOM, American Massacre, Seven Urges, Ore. Coy has also jammed with Killswitch Engage, and opened for Cycle of Pain, Acrassicauda, and Mary Magdalan. Coy’s training as an actor lends to his amazing stage presence. He has portrayed a wide breadth of characters alongside Ice-T in Law & Order: SVU, in Oprah Winfrey’s Unfaithful: Stories of Betrayal, and on stage with the Off-Broadway hit Tony ‘n Tina’s Wedding. Coy is currently featured in Michael Alago’s new book, Beautiful Imperfections.

Sam Roon has been playing bass for 16 years, excelling at 5string for most of them. With unmatched on stage energy, Sam blows audiences away with each performance. Sam is a member of the progressive death metal band HUNG, and has played major stages like the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival. He appears in interviews with Metal Sucks, Metal Injection, Metal Underground, Pure Grain Audio, and Metal Army America. In addition to all this, Sam somehow still finds the time to run the metal news network, MetalNewsOnline.com.

Gun4Gun is currently working on its full-length, as of yet untitled, debut album, and is eager to share it with fans and rock lovers around the world. Don’t expect this band to stay underground for very long; Gun4Gun is poised to take the rock industry by storm.
