Born: 1986 Reykjavik Iceland
Career:
When I was 3 I wanted to play guitar, so when I turned 4, my parents gave me a children size guitar. At the age of 7 I moved to Denmark, where I startet studying classical guitar at Koldning Musikskole. I´ve had several different teachers at different schools ever since. The latest one, Enrico Rosa, again at Kolding Musikskole, is a great musical inspiration to me. He is known for his prog rock work in the seventees, with the band Campo di Marte. I prefer his newer work.
Summer 2008 I finished the Guitar Man projekt. Guitar Man is an album I made with my good friend Jon Brændsgaard Toft. The theme is bluesy. We wrote 5 songs each, and recorded them in our home studios. We had our final mixes mastered in a mastering studio in germany. I am curently working on my next album, wich will be only my songs, probably with some guest musicisians. I am studying ingeneering, so it´s a slow proses. I suspekt the album will be finished befour 2010. I will upload some demo-mixes along the way.
Music is an expensive hoby to me. I sell cd´s, but I don´t make money on it. It´s all about having a good time, and making something I am proud of. I can not imagine not playing. Playing is a part of who I am. I am.... a Guitar Man!
