Guro Mandal was born on 15th December 1986 in Sunndalsøra, Norway. Her love of music started at young age when she got introduced to her father’s collection of Joni Mitchell LP’s. Guro’s crystal voice rings clear over beautiful acoustic melodies. Her melancholy lyrics speak of real life experiences and she sings them with conviction and accomplishment beyond her twenty-two years. With performances at prestigious events such as By;Larm, Quart Festival, Liverpool Music Week , Liverpool Sound City and London Calling tucked under her belt it is clear that this girl is setting her own path, and she is definitely one to watch…
