The Danish band Gypsies is pure energy - exploding in a original mix of rock, hip-hop and catchy R’n’B hooks.
Gypsies started as a band almost 10 years ago, and with their strong bond and live experience their are now ready to enter the music scene outside Denmark with their debut ” One Hand Up”.
On background of their amazing energetic live skills, Gypsies has played backing for Danish acts like Outlandish - touring most of the World. Furthermore they have performed as support for The Roots and Fugees, and has as the only Danish band played at the last year’s MTV awards with outlandish, transmitted to millions of people all over the world. They have played showcases in London, Germany and The Netherlands.
The Danish music industry is now fully aware of Gypsies talent and has given them excellente reviews and radio airplay, upon release of their debut album ”One Hand Up” (september 2007)
Their music is dynamic and alive and the six guys know how to deliver every time. It is a must-see experience.
