As a sum greater than their parts, two artists from opposite sides of the US collaborate to become The Gypsy Twins: C.J.Pizarro (aka MistaCookieJar) and Gregory Brown. One is a Filipino hiphop MC and Producer from LA, the other is a songwriter/musician/brand-builder/entrepreneur from Vermont. Combined they form a fusion of conscious triple-bottom-line reggae-acoustic-inspired hip hop: Environmental, Social, and Political/Economical content inspired by their paths and viewpoints as conscious warriors for change in this world... they are true social samurai, using their supertalents everyday...

Here's look at each artist individually:

MISTA COOKIE JAR (aka C.J. Pizarro) family music performer/producer, with an ever growing wave of support for his Love Bubble project. Development of his unique core sound persists constantly, a genre dubbed "Urban Island Folky Rock & Roll for the Innner Child". C.J. works actively at the elementary level at school all over the LA area, being a role model for positive songwriting and music performance. With over ten years of home-production experience, leading him to internship with Mutato Musika among other opportunities. He has honed his skill for crafting beats from scratch that draw you in and keep you hooked. CJ is a true master of all music, and can play just about any instrument you hand him. His live performance energy speaks for itself, and the message of the Love Bubble is a true inspiration for all.

GREGORY BROWN is a nomadic guitar-stringin lyric swingin singer-songwriter from Vermont. He treads alongside his gifted friend Mista Cookie Jar on their path to a higher and higher plane of music progression by promoting the growth of the inspirational children's album, The Love Bubble (guest appearances on "Supertalents" and "A World To Explore"). He spends most of his time in his home state, where he sings his heart out amidst the trees and freshwater lakes whenever he isn't zen gardening or landscaping (and of course local venues such as the famed Skunk Hollow Tavern, where he continues the 25 year tradition of open-mic nights on Wednesdays). Freshly released is gBrown's solo debut acoustic album, "Gregory Brown presents: The Bassett Hound Sessions". A songwriting showcase, the album represents the core of gBrown's songwriting beginnings and depth, providing an insight into his politics and passions for life.
