Hooligan Bio
Jihad Wactor (born January 27th, 1993) known as Hooligan. Originally grew up and raised in Elizabeth,NJ. He is a rapper, songwriter and producer. Very diverse, lyrical and creative. Different sounds are collected each time music is presented. In 2012 Was signed to Universal But parted ways to go independent. Hooligan has dropped a series of mixtapes "Created Highly Gifted" Vol.1, 2 and 3. He has done shows in NY, NJ, Philly, NC and ATL. Known most for performing on the east coast soon to be on his first independent tour. One of his biggest shows was for UNC Charlotte which was promoted on the news and for mental health awareness, where he gained a ton of attention. Hooligan has been around a bunch of artists that are in the industry now and has also been invited to shows and studio sessions. He has an album set to be released in 2017 and also his own record label.
