Half Empty Glass features experienced musicians writing and performing songs in the vein of Stiff Little Fingers, Dillinger Four, The Replacements, Hot Water Music, and The Bouncing Souls. Pat Olson (lead vocals, guitar), Broc Seigneurie (vocals, bass), Kristin Payne (vocals, drums), and Alex Yohnk (vocals, guitar) form Half Empty Glass. Each member brings their own influences to the table, but share the common goal of writing riff driven, hook laden melodic punk. The experienced song writing shines on hits like "People Like You", "Liar", and "All We Got", and their ability to create suspense, setting, and weave a story is featured in songs like "Wisco" and "Ode Mcleod".
The debut album 'Double Standard' released in September 2015 is 30 minutes of music that will make you roll down your windows (even on the coldest Wisconsin winter day) and share the bliss with those around you. Seeing Half Empty Glass perform takes the album to a new level. Experiencing first hand the emotional energy inserted into the live show leaves you wanting more. The group's experience and professionalism on stage solidifies they are not weekend warrior's, but dedicated, passionate musicians with a story to tell.
