Let's get the record straight, Wisconsin ain't all breweries, Packers and cheese. Check out Appleton, Wisconsin's own Handz Onn who's making a solid attempt at redefining midwest Hip-Hop. His joints stray from typical songs of self indulgence and are rather heartfelt; peep "Fade Away" produced by Addicts Records. It's an uplifting tribute to his son, mother, and all those who have helped "a poor white kid from the streets." Handz Onn also deserves props for trying to create some Wisconsin pride - hip hop style, by hosting and performing at local bars. He's also dropped his Wisconsin fire alongside the Bone Thugz and the Kottonmouth Kingz. It looks like we may have an inaugural king of the Midwest. - Urb.com - Paul Glanting

Handz Onn, has been bursting on to the local hip hop scene and breaking out from all normal standards of hip hop.

With a blend of hip hop and rock, mixed in with a true Wisconsin party, it is not your typical "Get Crunk" rap that has popularized radio today. Smooth rap flows and hard bursting lyrics is what to expect.

Handz Onn has opened for Marz, Kottonmouth Kings, and Bone Thugz n Harmony, just to mention a few, as well as did many local shows and hosted hip hop nights at bars.

Handz Onn performed in June of 2008 at Dropfest Car Show. Along side of him were Breezy, King Rich, Lil' James, David Quest, and Tha Prophet. Together they make up the independent record label, Major Cause Entertainment(Owned and operated by Handz Onn)

Major Cause Ent. was the only performing hip hop act at Dropfest and performed in front of nearly 1500 people.

Handz Onn was nominated in 2009 for Best Hip Hop artist, by Wisconsin Area Music Industry

Since coming onto the music scene Handz Onn has vowed to stay true to his current form and not "sell into" what today's hip hop has become.
