HannaH*s Field have been the opening act for: Gov’t Mule (featuring Warren Haynes and Allen Woody of the Allman Brothers Band) ,Derek Trucks (current Allman Brothers Guitarist), The Average White Band, The Samples, Percy Hill, King Norris (featuring Fred Norris of the Howard Stern Show)and Sound Tribe Sector Nine. They were nominated Best New Band in The Hartford Advocate Grand Band Slam. Their music has been featured on: 106.9 WCCC The Rock, Radio 104, Ct Ultra Radio.com 99.1 WPLR, RadioBoston.com, WTIC- The Colin McEnroe show and many other stations.

HannaH-Lead singer/congas-“With flash garments, long hair, and clamant, vociferous strains, vocalist and percussionist Hannah Freidenberg reminds me of an updated, confident Janis Joplin with an optimistic edge. HannaH spent the month of May 2002 writing and recording 7 songs with Brothers Johnson bassist and major session man-Louis Johnson. In February, Johnson discovered HannaH, singing at a night club, with HannaH*s Field. He invited her to his studio in Los Angeles to make a c.d. The Brothers Johnson were produced by Quincy Jones and had many hits including, "Strawberry Letter 23" , "Stomp" , and "I'll Be Good to You" . Louis Johnson played bass on albums by Micheal Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Herbie Hancock, Paul McCartney and many other popular artists. HannaH toured with them as a back up singer at the House of Blues in Chicago and First Avenue in Minneapolis-the club that Prince enshrined in the movie Purple Rain. . John Bolduc, Guitar/vocals-John Bolduc has worked extensively in the recording industry as an engineer and studio guitarist. His past work experience includes working as a sound engineer with Sony Music Studios, and working for many years with Nickel Recording Studios. He has recorded Tim Hatfield, Steve Morse, Eddie Money, The Radiators, and Boyz II Men among others. He is the dean of recording at The Hartford Conservatory and owns his own studio. He has played on many CD’s including Visual Purple and his amazing guitar style earned him a second audition for The Spin Doctors. BoB Hemingway, Bass-Bob has been playing bass for original artists and cover bands since he started in the New York Metro area in the 1970’s. His most recent awards have been with Jazz O Tree, winners of the Advocates Best Jazz/Funk/Improv group in both 2000 and 2001. Bringing a love of various styles of world music to his own eclectic style, he was a member of World Beat Music Ensemble, and Transglobal Millennium. Bob has played with original artists while in Boston and L.A. and can be heard on the Jazz O Tree LIVE CD from the Iron Horse Music Hall, on Michael Oostens CD with Johnny Winters drummer Bobby Torello, and on the 6 CD set from the underground improv fusion jam band, PHOLLOW, as a founding member. He has played bass for the following artists: Lenny Marx and Day One, Rich Deans and the Method, Street Level, Gryphn, Double Dose, and Underhills. Cody Morrison, Drums/percussion-When behind the kit, Cody combines the flavor of mixing classical training with African, Cuban and other worldly percussion to HannaH's Field. Since entering college, Cody has moved on to studying classical and world percussion at the Hartt School of Music where he has had the opportunity to perform in groups ranging from a Trinidadian Steel Band and a Brazilian Samba School to a John Cage ensemble. Cody's reputation has also grown through playing in the Five Minus One Jazz Quintet, Joyride Charlie, New England Conservatory Youth Philharmonic, the Empire State Youth Percussion Ensemble, and Exploring Katie Pawluk. He has studied with Alexander Lepak (world renowned timpanist), Dave Samuels (Grammy award winning jazz vibist), Joe Galliota (West African drummer on faculty at Berklee), Winard Harper (drummer for the Carnegie Hall Jazz Band), and Glen Velez (virtuosic and world renowned Middle-Eastern and arabic frame drummer).
