Happy Dappy

After 20 years of playing guitar and rattling around the stage as the side man of many metal and industrial groups in the northwest; Jenson Charnell finally put the effort he had been pelting towards other groups into a more personal project.
With years of multi tracking experience under his belt the time had come to combine his life storys and poetry into a project that allowed for true musical freedom.
"Happy Dappy" is meant to be a more ironic and sarcastic title for what the project really portrays with dark ambient noise undertones and peircing overlaying guitar lines that accent the more industrial drumming at times. Each song has a story and each story is real. For every note their is a memory and to that memory it is time to reveal.
The hope is to be honest and show the ugly side of depression and hate; unleash the power and anger that coinside with every day chores and dutys and find yourself free of all worry to enjoy for a few breif moments the notion that you could win and find yourself happy.
After finishing the CD Jenson has gone forward to begin playing acoustic sets live to promote the show and is now in the process of building the live show. With help from friends Aaron Price and Ira Garrett; the performance will take the music from the CD and re-create the intensity of each note and push it right to the forfront of the crowd where they can't escape the world that you previously could just adjust the volume of.
