Bio
Hailing from the Heartland of America, Happy Incident is an Indianapolis based power trio of classically-trained prog-rockers formed in 2014. The band consists of frontman Zach Smith, drummer Andrew Howard, and bassist Adam Drake. With sounds comparable to Muse, Weezer, Elliott Smith and influences from Ravel to Nirvana, the eclectic three set out on a mission to create a therapeutic medium of expression that bridges the ever-growing gap between passion, engaging music and accessibility. Driven by their faith and a love of people, Happy Incident's songs take a transparent approach of sizing up and connecting the thoughts, emotions, and trends of the world on the individual, collective, and spiritual level. With the recent success of their self-titled EP release in March, Happy Incident continues the 2016 season with plans for two additional music video releases and touring throughout the mid-west region this year.
